张帅,男,博士、讲师,2017年7月毕业于美国华盛顿州立大学,取得农学博士学位,后在华盛顿州立大学材料学院担任博士后副研究员3年。2022年5月进入3044am永利集团3044noc从事教学科研工作。主要研究方向:①果蔬、真菌膳食纤维结构分析与纳米化高值利用;②纳米乳液制备;③智能包装材料。在食品领域知名期刊Green Chemistry、ACS Sustainability & Chemistry、Chemical Engineering Journal等发表SCI论文近20篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者8篇。参与国家重点研发计划2项、省部级项目多项。
